ConDoc Tools is professional software, and excellent support matters. My goal is to help you succeed without friction, while keeping support fair and sustainable.  Here’s how support works, and when it is free versus paid.

Billing and Account Questions

If you have a billing issue, disputed charge, or account question, you can contact me anytime. Email or phone is always appropriate for billing related concerns, and there is no charge for this type of support.

Software Support and Troubleshooting

I am happy to help with SketchUp, LayOut, and ConDoc Tools questions and workflow issues.

The first 15 minutes of support is always free. In many cases, a short conversation is all it takes to get you unstuck or pointed in the right direction.

Free support includes:

  • Phone calls to talk through an issue
  • Coaching while you share your screen
  • Helping you understand what tool or workflow to use next

If an unpaid support session runs long, typically over 30 minutes, I may pause and recommend tutorials or courses that better address the issue. This usually means the problem is educational rather than technical.

Support becomes paid in two situations:
  • If I am actively working on your model or files
  • If extended one on one time goes beyond basic troubleshooting

I will always tell you before support switches to paid time. There are no surprise charges.

If you’re facing a more complex issue or working through something specific to your project, consider booking a 3D Helpline session. These are $100/hour, scheduled in advance, and include:

  • A guaranteed time slot
  • One-on-one help with me directly
  • A recording of the session

We’ll focus on your project, your workflow, and whatever challenges you're facing—whether I’m working on your model, watching your screen, or both.

For quick questions, you can also use the Mikey Chat AI assistant in the bottom right corner of the screen. Mikey is trained on the full Knowledge Base and can answer most technical questions instantly.
